1. Warehousing raw materials
Product import inspection thoroughly for ERW, the quality of the seamless Steel Tube, exterior, bead part (depth and eliminated status), thickness, etc.
2. Swaging
The process that cuts one end of the Tube to pull the material easily by interlocking it to the Carriage Jaw when drawing. Categorized to swaging and pointing press according to the facility type.
3. Degreasing
Eliminate oil used in the ERW and seamless Steel Tube manufacturing process and foreign substance , contamination
4. Heat Treatment
stress relief caused during the manufacturing process of the raw material and product and soften the material. Categorized to Annealing, Normalizing, Stress Relief according to the purpose of heat treatment
5. Surface Treatment
Eliminate oxidized scales caused by the heat treatment process and give flexibility for easy drawing by phosphate coating, lubrication and applying drawing oil.
6. Cold Drawing
Insert the Plug inside the Steel Tube, pass the swaging to the Dies, interlock the swaging to the Carriage Jaw and pull it. The cold working process of circular Tubes and special Tubes of various sizes by combining plugs
7.Straightening
Calibrate the straightness of the bent product and the roundness of the circular Tube during the drawing process
8. Cutting
Cut the product according to handling of the product, comfort of transporting the product and the customer's request
9. ECT(Eddy Current Testing)
Test for surface defects like cracks, pin holes using the change in flow of magnetic fields on the exterior of the Tube
10. Anticorrosive treatment
Deposit the product in rust-preventing oil for to prevent rust when transporting and storing the product
11. Packaging / Delivery
Deliver the product to the customer after packing it according to the number and weight of the order
